WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

I tried Preloved to sell my kittens.

WHAT IS BAD ABOUT PRELOVED
1. Takes ages until they approve the ad
2. 4 out of 5 ads they decline ads for different reasons that they don't even explain.
3. Only business accounts (£24 per month) get a bit better service. BUT there was 0 traffic from this platform
4. Takes ages to customer service to respond
5. The platform has lots of bugs, errors. Often you can't upload photos. Without photos the ad can't be completed. In that case you must start all over again.
6. There are many words that you cannot use in the ad. But they don't explain what words. If you use one of the forbidden words, your ad is declined. For example I used a word GIFT. Because I was given a gift with each kitten. But I only found out about it after I tried to edit text over 10 times.

WHAT IS GOOD ABOUT PRELOVED:
NOTHING

I have been a member of preloved for many years and never had any problems with using the site.Recently I found I was waiting quite a while for my adverts to be reviewed & accepted, worrying it may be something I was doing wrong or in breach of the rules I messaged to ask. I was replied to immediately by a very lovely lady named Klaudia, she explained all was well and they were just extremely busy right now, she then proceeded to list my adverts right away for me. She was very polite and helpful, it's so nice to feel like you are talking to an actual person and not a robot!

I know they will have my review removed.People still advertising for pets for free pretending donations.Preloved emailed me asking me to remove my review I did not but obviously they good clients of trustpilot so they had my review removed.And they claim they are good to pets! Really?

I needed a refund on a payment for membership that was a duplicate. Peter was very helpful & dealt with the refund straight away. As always great service from Preloved.

Terrible sent several emails no response crap company

I am a member paying a yearly fee but I can’t get the app to work anymore. I deleted it to try and re install it to see if I can get it to work but now I can’t get it at all. I keep getting a message saying this app is not available in your country or region. I’m getting very frustrated as it always been good for buying and selling but now I think it’s time to end my membership as this has gone on for too long. I see lots of negative reviews about the app not working but nothing seems to get done about it ?

After I had figured our how to use the site we were lucky enough to find a lovely little pre-loved dog very quickly and became her happy owners just in time before the first lockdown.

Beware! I paid £15 to have my advert posted as featured! 24hrs later still not featured and no response from my complaint to Preloved!!! Steer clear of their up sales!

I want to up grade my personal membership, it's asking for a code but it's not working. Can anyone help me please?PsI have tried to followed your link but I press on it and nothing happens.

A wonderful and respected site. I found a lovely puppy through this site, who is like a family member now. I respect the site professionalism and staff. Definitely recommended

I have just been reading the reviews on this site and I was struck by one ad regarding animals. I was trying to find a contact to ask about an ad that I am sure is not ligit. Seedy guy holding a pup and then showing puppies being nursed by a very frightened mother in the most disgusting conditions. Does this site ever check its ads, sounds like its a money making machine. Whats happening here. There seems to be no control over these sites. I am looking for a new pet but Im definitely giving these a miss. Lin Walker

Very shady, you try to register as a seller and immediatly your account gets locked and they are asking for a lot of personal information. This is not a bank and I see no reason for this invasiness, it looks they are trying to do a credit check on you. Would not trust.
